Electrical properties of the lead-tellurium electrolytic alloy system
1988
This study investigates the electrical properties of thin sheets of electrolytic alloys in the lead-tellurium system. The electrical resistivity was measured using indium contacts. The conductivity type was determined from the sign of the thermo-emf effect. It was found that the chemical composition of the films depends on the concentration of TeO/sub 2/ in the electrolyte and on the current density.
