Analysis of the reasons for consultations listed in the Ouassakara urban health training in the commune of Yopougon in Abidjan

This article analyzes the structure of consultation reasons at the Ouassakara urban health facility in Yopougon commune in Abidjan. The analysis of this structure was based on socio-economic and geographic factors. The Methodology is based on the review of the consultation register for the years 2015, 2016 and 2017. A total of 3579 consultations are analyzed in this research. The reasons for the solicitation of the FSU have been identified. The khi² test was used to judge the influence of socio-economic and geographic parameters on the grounds for consultation. The Analysis show that the patient population is predominantly female. Malaria is the first among the ten of reasons for consultation. Finally, the study concludes with an influence of professional status, place of residence and climato-meteorological calendar on the reasons for consultation.
