The invention provides an experiment device and method for testing an air-sensitive property of a titanium dioxide nanotube sensor, belonging to the field of a sensor property testing technology. The device disclosed by the invention mainly comprises a shell, a vacuum pump, an alternating-current voltage regulator, a digital display thermograph, a ceramic heating sheet, an impedance analyzer and a flow meter. The method disclosed by the invention adopts the device to test the air-sensitive property of the titanium dioxide nanotube sensor under different detected gases and at different working temperatures through preparation, detection and analysis treatment. The experiment device disclosed by the invention has the advantages of high accuracy, strong anti-jamming capability, simple structure, convenience in operation, capability of analyzing the influence on the air-sensitive property of a temperature property, high practicability and the like. The experiment device and method disclosed by the invention can be widely applied to analysis and research on the air-sensitive property of the TiO2 nanotube sensor by scientific researches, teaching and research institutes so as to accelerate the popularization and the application of the TiO2 nanotube sensor.
