Study on Creep Behavior of TiAl Casting Alloy

The creep behavior and creep mechanism of nominal composition Ti-46Al-2Cr-2Nb-0.15B alloy under the condition of 700~850 ℃,140~300 MPa was studied.The results show that the minimum creep rate increases with the increase of temperature and stress,the minimum creep rate under the condition of 700~850 ℃,140~300 MPa can be discribed by the creep equation of emin=A(σ)4.7exp(-280/RT) and creep behavior is controlled by dislocation climb under the condition.
