Side loose core mechanism and injection moulding with the same

The utility model discloses a side core pulling mechanism comprising a sloping guide pillar, a level disposal slipper and a side core, wherein the sloping guide pillar is provided with an enter unit, the slipper comprises a slipper body, the upper surface of which is provided with a sloping guide groove used for containing the enter units. The sloping guide groove inclines left and perforates the undersurface downward, and also a left and right outspreading hollow cavity is established on the right side of the sloping guiding groove, wherein the top end of the hollow cavity forms a top wall which inclines and spreads upper rightward. The side core has a hold ministry which is clamped in the hollow cavity, having a top surface which sustains the top wall of the hollow cavity, wherein the hold ministry, the terminal of which is connected with a core ministry, is capable of extending outside from the hollow cavity to the lower right direction, and also the hold ministry can move upper right relative to the slipper along the top wall in the hollow cavity. The above design helps to effectively reduce the resistant force when the sloping guide pillar exits, thereby reducing the maintenance and using cost of the injection mould.
