Relining dentures with metal bases.

: Metal bases are common in both complete and removable partial dentures. Before the introduction of adhesive denture base material, relining of these bases was almost impossible. This article presents a case on the technique of relining a partial denture metal base, using a 4-META resin (Acrylic Solder). With this technique, metal base can be relined easily in the dental office.
