IP to IP Calling Through Socket Programming

Proposed research is used to design and implement voice call application which uses only Wi-Fi and not using internet as a means of communication between smart phone and tablet. It is used to connect the people in same Wi-Fi network to exchange their communication without having any cost. It presents the way of establishing communication using User Datagram Protocol as signaling protocol. First the registration process is designed with which both users are connected. Then calling process is done with IP addresses of both devices using datagram socket programming. Later, it concentrated on recording and tracking raw audio of both users. Advantages of this voice call application are no cost from service provider, doesn't need of all service providers of telephonic, mobile and internet. It is mostly useful in industries, companies and educational institutions. It is very useful and convenient in scenarios like the areas of no cellular coverage and users cannot afford maintaining an ongoing call.
