The invention provides a rice containing anthocyanidin and a preparation method thereof. The rice containing anthocyanidin is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials by weight: 200 to 210 parts of rice, 2 to 3 parts of Stellaria yunnanensis, 1.5 to 2 parts of lotus stamen, 2.6 to 3 parts of pine needle, 2 to 2.2 parts of pitaya flower, 1.8 to 2 parts of gynostemma pentaphylla, 3 to 3.5 parts of fescue, 1.6 to 2 parts of Ilex cornuta lindl, 4 to 5 parts of soybean paste, 7 to 8 parts of black bean juice, 10 to 11 parts of chicken skin, 22 to 24 parts of tea-seed oil, 9 to 10 parts of winter bamboo shoot, 0.05 to 0.06 part of lactobacillus and 8 to 10 parts of nutritious health-care liquid. According to the invention, the rice containing anthocyanidin has rich fragrance and good taste and is convenient to cook and eat; a formula for the rice containing anthocyanidin is reasonable and scientific, the black bean juice in the formula can increase nutrients, anthocyanidin has an antioxidation effect, and the soybean paste can improve the flavor of the rice and enables the rice to be moderately salty and sweet; moreover, the rice containing anthocyanidin is capable of nourishing the liver and the kidney, benefiting qi, invigorating the spleen, clearing heat, removing toxins and nourishing beauty.
