Discovery on floatation column series technique effect to improve coarse slime floatation

The paper analyzed the present status of the floatation column to treat the coarse slime and a floatation column series test system was established.With the test comparison between the single section floatation column and double section series floatation column techniques,the results showed that the floatation series could be effectively to improve the separation effect of the coarse slime,to increase the cleaned coal recovery rate of the floatation,improve the floatation index and provide the foundation of the future industrial practices of the floatation series system.
