Electric torque conversion mechanism of hybrid loaders

Due to the high fuel consumption ratio of loaders,an electro-mechanical coupling scheme is proposed based on the fuel consumption properties.This scheme is used to realize the hybrid working mode.By stabilizing the engine working range to reduce the loader fuel consumption ratio,the electric torque conversion mode is applied with two-freedom planetary row instead of hydro-mechanical converter.By enhancing the conversion efficiency to further reducing the loader fuel consumption ratio,the electric torque conversion mode is applied with engine power allocation to transmission and electrical systems.As such,the power generation by motor reversion is used to recycle the surplus dynamo power,whilst the planetary row is used to reduce torque-increment property for low-speed and high-torque working conditions.Therein,the power loss of hydraulic transmission is avoided with high energy efficiency.
