New florfenicol crystal form and preparation method thereof

The present invention provides a new crystal form crystal of florfenicol, wherein an X-ray powder diffraction spectrum and differential scanning calorimetry data are adopted to characterize the new crystal form crystal of the florfenicol. The preparation method comprises: at a temperature of 40-55 DEG C, dissolving florfenicol having a purity of more than or equal to 92% in an organic solvent to form a solution, wherein the concentration is 0.05-0.15 g/mL; carrying out stirring dissolving, and cooling the solution to a temperature of 25-30 DEG C at a cooling rate of 1-3 DEG C/min; adding a solventing-out agent to the obtained solid-liquid suspension in a dropwise manner; cooling the solution to a temperature of 5-10 DEG C at a cooling rate of 0.2-1 DEG C/min after adding the solventing-out agent, and continuously stirring for 0.5-2 h; and separating and drying the obtained solid-liquid suspension to obtain the florfenicol crystal product. According to the present invention, the crystallinity of the obtained product is high, the crystal form is complete, the purity is more than 99%, the yield is more than 87%, the solubility in 25 DEG C water is increased by about 7%, and the bioavailability is increased.
