The Establishment of CA 6DL2-35 Heavy-Duty Diesel Engine Oil Test Stand

The purpose of the establishment of CA 6DL2-35 heavy-duty diesel engine test stand is to resolve the problem of soot-related oil viscosity increase,which can make the engine generate lower power output and malfunction.According to the rating performance of CA 6DL2-35 engine,test parameters and test control procedure were finalized based on domestic engine-dynamometer stand and controlling system.The result showed that CA 6DL2-35 engine test has a good repeatability and differentiating ability.The candidate oils tests are in satisfied controlling status.The CA 6DL2-35 test stand has been put into the heavy-duty diesel oil′s research work.
