The income level is one of the most important factors that influence the demand of medical insurance and the initiative participating in the medical insurance.Traditionally,people believe that there is a positive linear relationship between the income level and the demand of medical insurance.However,I insist that there is a inverse "U" nonlinear relationship between them.According to the different level of residence income and the different demand of medical insurance,we should implement different insurance policy and different payment of the fee so as to satisfy different group of people's demand for medical service.
