Disclosed is a technology of a flexible and transparent gas sensor, comprising a semiconductor substance based on functionalized transition metal dichalcogenide (TMDC). More specifically, the present invention relates to the gas sensor with improved reactivity of detection of gas through excitation reaction by light of semiconductor components.
