Raman determination of the rate of α-chymotrypsincatalyzed reaction

We apply the method of Raman spectroscopy to the study of enzyme kinetics. It is shown that Raman spectroscopy data can be used for calculation of chemical reaction rates and catalytic activity of α-chymotrypsin.
