El mejoramiento del desempeño de tutores de las especialidades estomatológicas

El objetivo del articulo es fundamentar teoricamente la estructuracion de la estrategia pedagogica para el mejoramiento del desempeno de tutores de las especialidades estomatologicas. Se utilizaron metodos teoricos del tipo del analisis documental, el analisis historico logico y como metodo para la organizacion del conocimiento, la sistematizacion buscando la organicidad de los conocimientos. Se reconocen las dimensiones filosoficas, sociologicas, psicologicas, pedagogicas, estomatologicas y juridicas que sustentan los presupuestos de la estructuracion de la estrategia pedagogica propuesta.  Palabras clave: tutores, estrategia pedagogica, especialidades estomatologicas.   ABSTRAC The goal of this article is to expose the theoretical basics in the pedagogic strategy for the improvement of tutors's performance on odontology specialties, is the realization of this investigation. In order to achieve this purpose, the theoretical methods used were documentary analysis type, the logical historic analysis and as method for the organization of knowledge the systematization looking for a logical order of knowledge. There is recognition from the theoretical basics of the pedagogic strategy, the philosophical, sociological, psychological, pedagogical, odontological and juridical dimensions that sustains the structuring of the pedagogic strategy to lay plans.
