PENGARUH PERSON ORGANIZATIONAL FIT DAN PERSON JOB FIT TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR DENGAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI DAN KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI

This study aims to examine and prove the effect of person organizational fit and Person job fit on
OCB with organizational commitment and job satisfaction as mediating variables. The
population in this study were 124 employees of the Padang City Education Office. The type of
research data is primary data. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. This research
analysis tool uses Smart-PLS. The results of the study found that the variable person
organizational fit has a positive effect on OCB, person organizational fit has a positive effect on
organizational commitment, organizational commitment has a positive effect on OCB, person job
fit has a positive effect on OCB, person job fit has a positive effect on job satisfaction. Job
satisfaction has a positive effect on OCB, organizational commitment does not mediate the
relationship between person organizational fit and OCB, job satisfaction mediates the
relationship between person job fit and OCB in Padang City Education Office Employees.
