Phlebiopsis gigantea and application thereof to control of root rot of needle-leaved trees in China

The invention discloses phlebiopsis gigantea which has a collection number of CGMCC (China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center) No.8653 and is preserved on December 18th, 2013 in CGMCC at Institute of Microbiology of Chinese Academy of Sciences, 3#, 1# Yard, Beichen Road West, Chaoyang District, Beijing. The phlebiopsis gigantea can be used for controlling the root rot of the needle-leaved trees in China, and the rate of antagonism to pathogenic bacteria of the root rot of the needle-leaved trees in China can reach 55.83%.
