The invention relates to a plate-type ballastless track vibration-reducing construction, aiming at effectively reducing vibration and noise and being applied to a sensitive section to control the vibration and the noise of a ballastless track within a specified index. The plate-type ballastless track vibration-reducing construction comprises a bearing layer (10), track plates (20) longitudinally laid along a line, and an adjusting layer (30) positioned between the bearing layer (10) and the track plates (20), wherein an elastic vibration-reducing layer is arranged between the top surface of the bearing layer (10) and the bottom surface of the adjusting layer (30), and the bearing layer (10) is provided with a limit structure acting on the adjusting layer (30).
