results being statistically significant (P 20mm: 96% vs. 87%, respectively). Conclusions: Hepatocyte-specific Gd-EOB-DTPA enhanced MRI has sufficient image quality to detect HCC lesions diagnosed by CT-HA and CT-AP. Hepatocyte-phase is especially useful for the detection for smaller lesions.
