FATF Global ML&TF Threat Assessment and Enlightenment

FAFT released the first Global Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing(MLTF) Threat Assessment report in the second-half of 2010.It introduced the systematic framework of MLTF threat and its final hazard in the global vision and provides guideline approach used to judge and deal with these threats.Based on the translation of the report,this paper puts forward suggestions on how to learn from this assessment framework.
