The invention discloses a method for observing a TA7 titanium alloy metallographic structure. The method comprises the following steps: machining TA7 titanium alloy to form a metallographic observation plane, grinding on a metallographic grinder, and washing sand grains after grinding; 2, mechanically polishing the metallographic observation plane; 3, immersing the metallographic observation plane in a corrosive solution for corroding; 4, with the metallographic observation plane as an anode, a stainless steel plate as a cathode and a sulfuric acid solution as electrolyte, performing anodic oxidation treatment on the metallographic observation plane; and 5, observing the metallographic structure under a metallographic microscope by adopting a polarization observation mode. According to the method, the problem that a clear structure is difficultly obtained in a conventional TA7 titanium alloy metallographic sample can be effectively solved, and the defects that the observed metallographic structure is not clear and misjudgment easily occurs due to improper polishing are overcome.
