The invention relates to a soil extrusion amount controllable bidirectional spiral extruding and expanding drill, comprising a connecting rod; wherein the outer side wall of the connecting rod is coaxially and sequentially sheathed with a lower spiral extruding expanding body, a sealed extruding expanding body and a reverse extruding expanding body from bottom to top, the outer side wall of the reverse extruding expanding body is provided with an anticlockwise upper spiral extruding expanding blade, and the outer side wall of the lower spiral extruding expanding body is provided with a clockwise lower spiral extruding expanding blade. The outer side wall of the sealed extruding expanding body is provided with a plurality of sand stone soil guide slides in parallel, the upper opening of the sand stone soil slide is connected with the lower part of the reverse extruding expanding body, and the lower opening is connected with the upper part of the lower spiral extruding expanding body. In a lower spiral expanded finished hole, partial soil stone of cut by drill point is conveyed into the finished drill hole on the sealed extruding expanding body by virtue of the sand stone soil slide, and soil in the upper drill hole is extruded into the side wall of a pile hole by virtue of the reverse extruding expanding body in the bit pressure casting pile material hoisting process. The invention aims at providing a high efficiency drill which has less drilling power consumption and higher drilling efficiency and can penetrate various soil layer construction spiral extrusion cast-in-place piles.
