Semihard Processes in Nuclear Collisions

In the energy range 10 GeV < √s < 50 GeV, hadronic interactions are well described in the framework of Gribov-Regge theory (GRT). Here, the elementary “exchange object” is the so-called Pomeron, and the theory is formulated entirely in terms of Pomeron exchanges.
