Методология разработки инновационных проектов

The article describes the methodology of innovative projects development, on the basis of arranging methodical approaches, algorithms for commercialization of innovative ideas, their role in formation and development of the innovative field is defined. The model of innovative projects development is offered and phases of their life cycle are considered in this publication.
