The invention provides a process forming device for a double-vacuum hot bonder. The device comprises a bottom plate, a box body, a vacuum bag and a vacuum nozzle system, wherein the box body defines a cavity and is hermetically connected to the bottom plate, and box body vacuum nozzles for vacuumizing the box body are arranged in the box body; the vacuum bag is arranged in the cavity and is hermetically connected to the bottom plate and is used for covering a to-be-machined part; and the vacuum nozzle system comprises a first vacuum nozzle arranged on the box body and a second vacuum nozzle arranged on the vacuum bag, and the first vacuum nozzle and the second vacuum nozzle are connected through a vacuum pipeline so as to vacuumized the vacuum bag. According to the device provided by the invention, an outer vacuum bag in a double vacuum bag hot bonder forming process is directly replaced by the box body with the cavity, and the vacuum nozzle system is designed, so that the process forming device for the double-vacuum hot bonder is realized, the actual operating process is simplified, and the process stability is improved.
