Emergency and Extension of Laparoscopic Surgery in the Treatment of Acute Cholecystitis

objective: to analysis the emergency and extension effect of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of acute cholecystitis. Methods: selected 32 cases of acute cholecystitis patients who received parallel emergency laparoscopic surgical treatment in our hospital during February 2015 to February 2016 as a group, selected the other 33 patients who received laparoscopic surgical treatment of concurrent delay in group B, analyze curative effect of two groups. Results: comparison on average operation time, intraoperative blood loss of two groups has no significant difference (P>0.05); But the average hospitalization days, hospitalization costs, transit operation rate and complication rates of group A are better than that of group B (P<0.05). Conclusion: emergency laparoscopic surgery for the treatment of acute cholecystitis laparoscopic surgical treatment is better than the delay effect, it can be promoted.
