The invention discloses a flavoring which can enhancing electronic cigarette sensory quality, and electronic cigarette liquid. The flavoring is characterized in the following preparation steps: under inert gas protection, tobacco is subjected to pyrolysis in a pyrolysis unit; smoke produced by pyrolysis is introduced into an adsorption pipe filled with an adsorption material, and smoke collection is carried out; after smoke collection, the adsorption material is fetched and is extracted in ethanol, such that an extraction liquid is obtained; and the extraction liquid is filtered and concentrated, such that the flavoring prepared through adsorption is obtained. When the flavoring is added into electronic cigarette liquid, electronic cigarette sensory quality can be enhanced, and the aroma and mouthfeel of the electronic cigarette are closer to those of traditional cigarettes. According to the invention, the flavoring assisting in enhancing sensory quality is adsorbed from smoke with a porous material, such that electronic cigarette smoking satisfaction can be effectively enhanced. An adopted device has a simple structure, and is easy to implement.
