Application of rust-preventative oil in enhancing corrosion resistance of carbon steel material

The invention discloses application of rust-preventative oil in enhancing corrosion resistance of a carbon steel material. The rust-preventative oil is prepared from 90-95 parts of heat conducting oil, 0.5-1 part of calcium stearate, 0.6-0.8 part of sodium benzoate, 2-3 parts of barium dinonylnaphthalene sulfonate, 0.4-0.6 part of dodecylene succinic acid, 1-1.5 parts of Span-80 and 0.5-1 part of lanolin magnesium soap. When in use, the rust-preventative oil can be sprayed on the surface of the carbon steel material with electrostatic spraying equipment. The technical scheme disclosed by the invention has the advantages of long rust prevention period, favorable binding force and favorable rust prevention effect.
