Method for taking off hydrogen sulfide from mixed gas

1996
A mixed gas under 0.1-10.0 MPa and containing hydrogen sulfide is fed into an absorption tower to contact with the absorption liquid in counter-current to wash and purify out the hydrogen sulfide in the mixed gas, then the purified gas can be fed to users. The hydrogen-sulfide-rich liquid is fed into a regenerating tower in which compressed air is passed under normal temp to oxygenize the hydrogen sulfide in the regenerated liquid into solid sulfur which is passed through foam separation to recovery brim stone, and the solution after being regenerated returns back to the absorption lower for circulation use. Said method has the advantages of large capacity, quick absorption speed, low energy-absorption, reduced pollution and direct sulfur recovering.
