PDMS/PVDF复合膜渗透汽化分离乙酸/水体系的性能研究
2010
Polydimethylsiloxane/polyvinylidene fluoride (PDMS/PVDF) composite membranes have been prepared for use in the separation of acetic acid/water mixture. The effects of acetic acid concentration, temperature, flow rate and the pore size of PVDF supports on the performance of the membrane were studied. The experimental results demonstrated that the total flux of acetic acid/water mixture through the composite PDMS membrane increased with increasing acetic acid concentration, temperature and feed flow rate, while the trend of separation factor was different due to various operation conditions. The order of permeation flux according to the pore size of support layer was 0.2μm >0.45μm >0.1μm> 1.0μm >2.0μm, while the order of the separation factor was 0.1μm >2.0μm >0.2μm >0.45μm >1.0μm. It was demonstrated that the support layer had a significant impact on the separation performance of composite PDMS membranes.
