Diagnosticul endotoxicozei se bazează pe aprecierea complexă a intensităţii factorului toxic, a stării sistemelor de detoxifiere și a gradului de deteriorare a țesutului. In calitate de marcheri informativi ai intoxicaţiei endogene pot servi tioaminoacizii, in particular metionina, precum și aminoacizii aromatici și produsele metabolismului histidinei.  AMINO ACID METABOLISM IN ENDOGENOUS INTOXICATIONS Diagnostics of endogenous intoxication is based on a comprehensive assessment of the severity of the toxic factor, the state of detoxification systems and the degree of tissue damage. The content of sulfur-containing amino acids, in parti­cular, methionine and its derivative glutathione, as well as aromatic amino acids and metabolic products of histidine, can be considered as informative markers of endogenous intoxication.
