Каротиноиды и кормовая ценность Equisetum variegatum (хвоща пестрого), произрастающего на полюсе холода

The data given in the article reflect ecological-physiological features for seasonal change of primary yellow and secondary red carotinoids found for the first time for Equisetum variegatum (variegated horsetail) that grows in Northeast Yakutia. It is supposed, that forage value of autumn-winter sprouts for winter-green herbaceous plant is caused by high maintenance of oxygen-containing carotinoids with significant anto-oxidant properties.
