Факторы, влияющие на приверженность к лечению у пациентов с коронарным атеросклерозом в отдаленном периоде сосудистого события

2015
Patient adherence to pharmacotherapy plays a key role in achieving the primary and secondary prevention objectives of cardiovascular diseases and their complications. Objective: To determine the influencing factors for adherence to treatment of patients with coronary atherosclerosis in the long term vascular events. Material and Methods: 115 patients aged 55,3±6,6 years old were included in the study, they had in anamnesis myocardial infarction, coronary artery bypass grafting or stenting prescription for more than 6 months. Study of adherence to treatment was carried out using Morisky D.E.-Green L.W questionnaire and includes an assessment of adherence to the prescribed treatment before and after vascular events. Results and discussion: In patients undergoing vascular event in 88,7% of cases before the onset of coronary heart disease had hypertension, and 92,4% of the need of antihypertensive therapy were nonadherence to treatment. After vascular event the number of nonadherence to treatment was significantly reduced from 84,3% to 26,9% (p = 0,001), that is, the majority of patients, for fear of recurrent vascular events, disability and death, begin regular medication.
