Результаты изучения длительности и напряжённости поствакцинального иммунитета против вирусного гепатита в в Алтайском крае

2010
The aim to explore the tensions of postvaccinal immunity against hepatitis B in children and adults in different periods after vaccination. To determine the intensity of immunity against hepatitis B was used ELISA (quantitative) using the test-system VektoHBsAg antibodies. The minimum protective antibody level was more than 10 mIU/ml. It has been concluded that the immunity after hepatitis B vaccination persists for 8 years in 41,5% of vaccinated children, in adult immunity after vaccination against hepatitis B within 6 years after vaccination in the protective titer remains in 60,0% of vaccinated; 3 years after vaccination against hepatitis B immunity in the protective titer in children remains in 94,3%, while the adults in 76,8% for the timing of revaccination against hepatitis B. The introduction of a permanent system for monitoring the tension of postvaccinal immunity through 7-9 years after complete vaccination has been recommended.
