The aim of this article is to underline the main anatomic, aetiopatogenetic, diagnostic and surgical aspects of ulnar nerve compression syndrome at the elbow and wrist level. Knowledge of these aspects provides useful guidelines for a prompt diagnosis, choosing the most appropriate surgical procedure for treatment.
