Covid-19 in art-laboratory

Since the establishment of assisted reproductive technique (ART) clinics, ART laboratories have worked with the understanding that they are dealing with potentially hazardous cells. Preventive measures have long been implemented into the daily routine in ART labs. Guidelines describing these preventive measures are published by national and international societies. By following these guidelines on how to culture, cryopreserve or store gametes or tissues, the potential risk of transmission is non-existent. This remains true for the current corona pandemic.
