The invention provides processing technology of a large-size high-strength magnesium alloy sheet, relating to the technical field of manufacturing technology of high-strength wrought magnesium alloy sheets. The processing technology is characterized by successively carrying out homogenizing annealing, forging, post processing, rolling and saw cutting and surface cleaning treatment on magnesium alloy ingots subjected to face milling, edge milling and chamfering. The processing technology has the following advantages: by reducing the thickness of the magnesium alloy sheet and then refining the grain sizes of the magnesium alloys through rolling, the aim of improving the comprehensive mechanical properties of the magnesium alloy sheet is achieved and the final yield strength, tensile strength and other indexes of the sheet are higher than such indexes of the products produced by existing production technologies such as cast rolling, hot rolling, warm rolling and extruding during actual production of the same grade of magnesium alloys.
