Different drug curative effect observation to seasonal allergic rhinitis

Objective To investigate pre-attactand post-attactdrugtreatmentcurative effectof season-al allergic rhinitis;to reduce drugadverse effectutmostly.Methods 224 cases of seasonal allergic rhinitis weredivided into two groups.Each had112 cases.The experimental group used adrenal cortexhormone nasal sprayingagent one time a day by each side.The control group used Loratadine Tablets and adrenal cortex hormone nasalspraying agent one time a day about15 ~20 days continuously.Results Evaluate the curate effect according tothe symptom and physical sign.The effective rate of experimental group was 92.86%,the control group was93.75%.The effective rate of two groups had no remarkable difference(P0.05).The adverse incidence rateof experimental group was 16.07%,the control group was 26.79%.The adverse incidence rate of two groupshad remarkable difference(P0.01).Conclusion Only using cortex hormone nasal spraying agent can pre-vent the clinical symptom of seasonal allergic rhinitis,reduce adverse effect by combined using drug remarkat-ablly.
