Preparation method of high molecular weight amphoteric high molecule

2004
A method for preparing high molecular weight amphiphatic molecule macromolecule, employing acrylamide as non-ionic monomer, employing methoxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride as cationic monomer, acroleic acid as anionic monomer, adding peroxodisulfate oxidant with the amount being 0.01-0.1% of that of mixing monomer; addindg organic amine reducer with the amount being 0.004-0.5%; adding water-soluble azo initiating agent with the amount being 0.001-0.05%; adding chain transfer agent 0.01-0.05%; adding instant dissolving agent 0.1-0.5%; adding surface activator 0.01-0.5%; the initiating temperature is 5-30 Deg C, the polymerization in water solution of thermal insulation is for 4-10 hours, then through the process of granulation, drying and disintegration getting the high molecular weight amphiphatic molecule macromolecule with the molecular weight higher than 10,000,000 and the insoluble matter content less than 0.3%.
