Detecting sensor for degree of oil pollution of heavy-load gear
2009
The utility model relates to a detecting sensor for degree of oil pollution of a heavy-load gear, which is used for detecting the degree of oil pollution of a heavy-load reducer gear. A reducer oil tank is inlaid in the sensor, and the upper cavity wall of an outer cover is provided with an oil guide hole. The inner core of the sensor is provided with a measuring oil pool, and two sides of the measuring oil pool are provided with optical glass. Light emitted by a semiconductor laser passes through optical fibers and a fiber collimator to be changed into parallel light, and therefore the light is emitted into the measuring oil pool in parallel. The requirements of inlaid real-time on-line measurement can be met, and the inner core of the sensor can be taken out. The quartz glass partition of the side wall of a measuring oil cavity is cleaned, and oil can not leak. Based on an optical principle, 850nm is selected as measuring wavelength. An optical measurement technology is applied, and the light is led into the measuring oil cavity in parallel by the fiber collimator. After the optical fibers pass through the measuring oil cavity, a light signal is converted into an electrical signal by silicon photocells. After contrast with a comparison table of level of pollution degree, the level of pollution degree of oil can be obtained.
