A New Red Pear Cultivar‘Mantianhong’

'Mantianhong'is a new pear cultivar which derived from the cross 'Huobali'×'Kosui'.Fruits mature in the late September in Zhengzhou.The fruit is red,large and weighing around 280 g,The flesh is fine,juicy,crisp,sweet-tart with little stone cell.The soluble solids content is 14.5%-15.5%,the total sugar content is 9.45%,The titratable acid content is 0.40% and the vitamin C content is 0.0327 mg·g-1.It bears early,has high and stable yield,long shelf life,and resistance to adverse condition,diseases and pests.
