PRICE DISCRIMINATION IN NON-SALE AND NON-COMMODITY TRANSACTIONS

1973

I speak this afternoon about the legal status of two things : First, price discrimination in transactions which are not salessuch as in the lease of machines, or in the license of patents, or in the consignment of goods ; and second, price discrimination in transactions which do not involve a commoditysuch as in the making of loans, or in the sale of real estate, or -most importantin the supply of services.
