Study of Alternative Solution for Aerial Photo Grammetry

The current trend of fully exploit the potential and positive effects of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) led to the emergence of numerous applications in aerial-survey which is based on aerial imagery acquisition. Replacement of electromechanical stabilizer with a procedural solution applicable in data processing stage is a novelty in the field. The proposed solution for topographic applications meets the technical and legislative requirements imposed for UAVs and aerial photogrammetry, being tested in different configurations. The results demonstrate that this combination of equipment, software and procedures can meet its goal without compromising the quality.
