Commercialization strategy report for small wind systems

This specific report is designed to begin to answer questions concerning the commercial readiness of Small Wind Systems. The report identifies some of the barriers to be overcome before this technology is ready to be used commercially. The report also identifies possible actions that might be considered to remove specific barriers. The full implications of the various proposed actions have not been fully developed and many actions listed undoubtedly have substantial problems associated with them. Their inclusion here does not constitute an endorsement of their soundness or appropriateness by the Department of Energy.
