The oriented monitoring, preventing and controlling system is characterized in that a pest sticking card, a camera, a computer feedback system device, a control switch and a deinsectization lamp are included, the camera is arranged above or beside the pest sticking card and connected with the input end of the computer feedback system device through an information transmission network, the output end of the computer feedback system device is connected with the control switch and the deinsectization lamp in sequence through control lines, and a photosensor is arranged on the control line between the control switch and the deinsectization lamp. The pest sticking card can attract one or more kinds of different female pests, the number of the different female pests is measured and calculated through the cooperation of the camera and the computer feedback system device, and the monitoring aim is achieved. When the number of the female pests of a certain kind reaches a set number, the computer feedback system device can automatically turn on the control switch, the deinsectization lamp with the corresponding wave length works, and the pests are trapped and killed. Through the added photosensor, the deinsectization lamp only works at night.
