Failure Analysis of Spinning & Packing of Water-level Sensor

With the consideration of engineer testing ,this paper gives stress-strain analyses according to the failure form water-level sensor when spinned and packed and way to properly choose the technological parameter of main shaft rotating speed and feeding load of spinning per circle and spinning space,effective technological measure to prevent the failure.
