Discussion on the relationship between internal audit and corporate governance

The article analyzes the corporation governance structure and internal audit peculiarity of different models based on the theoretical basis of corporate governance structure,and draws the conclusion that internal audit is the effective means of perfecting the corporate governance,also conducts research on how to perfect corporate governance through strengthening internal audit.
