Investigating the Mechanism of the Acceleration of Cosmic Rays during Solar Flares Using the Electric Field in Current Sheets of the Solar Corona

An electrodynamic model of a solar flare is proposed by I.M. Podgorny that explains its main observed manifestations. Solar cosmic rays are accelerated along a singular line of the magnetic field of a current sheet by an electric field of $$\vec {E} = - \vec {V} \times {{\vec {B}} \mathord{\left/ {\vphantom {{\vec {B}} c}} \right. \kern-0em} c}.$$ Fields are found via MHD modeling above the active region in real scale of time, which can only be done using parallel computations.
