The invention discloses a lumbar interbody fusion device and relates to an orthopedic operation implant. The device has a hollow titanium alloy skeleton for holding bones, wherein the skeleton is shaped like a U-shaped plate; the rear vertical wall of the U-shaped plate does not have any hole, but the front vertical wall of the U-shaped plate has a plurality of holes; the upper and lower two sides of the bottom of the U-shaped plate both has a stepped inclined hole; the big ends of the two inclined holes are both positioned on the bottom faces of the bottoms, and the small ends of the two inclined holes are both positioned on end faces corresponding to the bottoms; and bolts are inserted into the two inclined holes in the U-shaped plate respectively. When the device with small volume is used, little lumbar body is cut off, fusion is more reliable, bleeding of the patient is relieved, and the blood supply to the lumbar body can be maintained. Broken bones are prevented from entering the canalis spinalis, so secondary neurothlipsis is avoided. Collapse is avoided. And a doctor can observe the growth of callus and lumbar interbody fusion conveniently.
